We’re a husband and wife team with over 27 years of combined experience in therapeutic massage and clinical bodywork. Since 2012, we’ve built a family-owned practice focused on helping people move better, feel better, and continue to do the things they love. Whether you're managing pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking consistent care — you're in good hands.
Meet Jaran
Jaran specializes in clinical and sports massage, with over 13 years of hands-on experience helping active individuals recover, rebuild, and continue to do what they love.
A lifelong athlete himself, he understands the demands movement places on the body — and how the right therapeutic work can make all the difference. His approach is practical, focused, and goal-oriented, making him a strong partner for anyone looking to stay mobile, strong, and pain-free.
Meet Cassandra
With over 14 years of experience in both clinical and spa settings, Cassandra’s bodywork centers around helping individuals with chronic pain conditions. She has worked closely within integrative care teams alongside chiropractors and acupuncturists, and deeply values collaboration in helping clients improve their quality of life.
Her style is thoughtful and intuitive — ideal for those navigating long-term pain.
Cassandra is currently available on a limited basis by appointment only.

SERVICES
We have comprehensive training in a variety of bodywork modalities including:
Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT), Myofascial Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Sports Therapy, and RockTape Certified in Cupping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Kinesiology Taping.
We offer customized sessions based on your needs.
30 Minute Session: $50
60 Minute Session: $90
90 Minute Session: $130
Kinesiology Taping session: $20 (Up to 15 minute session)
The first “no-show” or cancellation with less than 12 hours notice will be forgiven. The second missed appointment or late cancellation will be charged $40. The third and subsequent missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full amount. The cost will not be reduced for late arrivals or requests for shortened session times with less than 12 hours notice.
