WELCOME TO IMPROVED WELL-BEING

We are a husband/wife team, having worked with hundreds of clients in clinical and sports therapy settings. We started our family practice in 2012 and have worked in California, North Carolina, and Illinois. Along the way we have had the opportunity to partner with wellness programs, both large and small, including Duke University Hospital.

Massage therapy and bodywork have greatly benefited us personally, physically and professionally. It has rehabilitated our bodies, reduced our stress and improved our overall quality of life. We owe our active lifestyle, in large part, to the benefits we have received from the very work we do. Our goal is to bring those same benefits to you.

As graduates of the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA we have received comprehensive training in a variety of modalities and are Nationally Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. To further benefit our clients, we are dually licensed as ACE certified Personal Trainers.
